Terese Cummings

Terese is a graduate of North Lake College, where she majored in Health and Human Services. Since joining the Manna family in 2020 as a Workplace Coach Coordinator, she has been a Sr Business Control Specialist and an Employee Onboarding Coordinator for Bank of America. During her tenure with the Bank, Terese has helped the company onboard and train employees, audit processes, and identify and mitigate risk. She is currently a resident of South Central, Los Angeles.

Working with participants with learning disabilities to achieve their employment goals has been a great experience as she’s able to witness firsthand their growth and confidence exceed her expectations in the workplace. In addition, Terese enjoys working with families and participants from the onboarding process to communicating effectively with coworkers. Terese is eager to assist and looks forward to meeting families apart of her community while providing essential Workplace coaching for Manna clients and beyond.
