Manna Unlimited is dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP). Our mission is grounded in empathy, empowerment, and personalized care. We serve Regional Center consumers and their families with a team of passionate, certified professionals who guide participants through every stage of their self-directed journey.

Our inspiration comes from a personal story—my brother Terrence, a long-time consumer of the South Central Los Angeles Regional Center. While traditional services provided a sense of familiarity, they fell short in fostering the individualized growth Terry sought. The Self-Determination Program allowed Terry to take control of his goals, assembling a supportive team of vendors and embarking on a path of personal growth and entrepreneurship. Today, Terry is thriving, building confidence, community, and self-worth.

Terry is currently in the process of launching his own store, Terry’s Fresh Market. This store will offer handcrafted topicals, candles, and fragrances. Beyond retail, Terry’s vision includes creating a community platform that empowers other local vendors in Los Angeles by providing them with space to share and sell their products. At the core of Terry’s market is a commitment to inclusion, partnership, and uplifting the voices of individuals who are often overlooked. Terry’s journey embodies the essence of Manna Unlimited mission: to inspire independence and build bridges across communities through empathy, opportunity, and support.
